Coupon books for the 2026 Windemere HOA assessment were recently mailed. If you didn’t opt out of receipt of them, you should receive by the first week of November.  Contact Sentry if you didn’t receive your coupon book or have questions.
Reminder that the new monthly assessment for Windemere is $47.50 and is due starting January 1, 2026.  The Ridgemoor Master Association fee is a separate fee.

Please note, if you have Autopay set up through your bank, you will need to change the amount deducted for the Jan 1 2026 payment.
