If there is a gate malfunction or an access issue after business hours, residents should contact Management & Associates after-hours emergency line at 813-433-2000. The answering service will contact the appropriate personnel or vendor if the issue is determined to be an emergency impacting community access or security.
Ridgemoor Master Association

The Ridgemoor Master Association manages the common areas for the ~17 neighborhoods withing the Ridgemoor Community, including landscaping, irrigation, ponds, lighting, etc… Fees for Ridgemoor Master Association are required for Windemere residents and are paid separtely from the Windemere HOA fees.
The members of the Ridgemoor Master Association Board (as of 8/13/2025) are:

- On this portal, you can set up payments using ACH (eCheck) or Credit/Debit.

Realtor Information – Selling or Leasing
Residents who are selling or leasing their homes are responsible for providing their realtor with all required community documents, applications, and related information.
A folder titled “Realtor Documents (Selling and Leasing)” is available on the FrontSteps Resident Portal and contains the documents most commonly requested by realtors. Residents may download these documents directly from the portal to provide to their realtor.
Estoppel requests must be submitted through HomeWiseDocs. Most realtors are familiar with the website; however, if assistance is needed accessing the site or locating information, they may contact the community property manager at mdambrosio@mgmt-assoc.com.
