The Ridgemoor Master Association Annual Meeting and Election of Directors on March 26, 2026 did not achieve their membership quorum needed for the annual meeting. A follow up meeting has been scheduled for Thursday April 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the East Lake Church, 2801 East Lake Road, Palm Harbor, FL 34685. As of April 1, they need 97 more proxies to establish quorum.
The Board is asking all residents receiving this email who have not yet submitted a proxy to please do so as soon as possible. If we are able to collect the remaining proxies in response to this request, the Association can avoid the additional expense of mailing out new meeting notices.
Ridgemoor residents should have received the notice and proxy in the mail. If you don’t have it, there is one attached to this post. Residents may return their proxy in any of the following ways:

Deadline:
Proxies should be received in the office no later than 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 26.
If residents miss that deadline, they may bring the completed proxy with them to the meeting and submit it before the meeting begins at 6:00PM.
