Meeting Summary (unofficial)

Annual Member Meeting
  • Quorum was met for the meeting, so the elections were conducted. the only item on the annual meeting agenda.  There was one Board vacancy (Dan Johnson, Secretary) departing the Board.  Only one candidate (Alberto Iantorno) had filed an Intent to Run and there were no nominations from the floor.   As a result, Alberto was elected via acclamation to the Board of Directors.

    • Kevin Smith, Treasurer
    • Alberto Iantorno, Secretary

Board of Directors Meeting

  • Community Web Site Updates:
    • Suggestion box/form added to the web site
    • Ridgemoor Master Association Emergency contact info for the gate added to the website.  RMA was also going to add the contact information to the station at the gate.
  • Property Management contract for Sentry being reviewed and modified
  • Prior ARC submissions ratified
  • Solar Sanitation prices increased more than expected this year.  The budget is still in good shape as other costs are less then budgeted.  Karen with Sentry indicated other communities have seen fuel surcharges from landscaping and trash companies as a result of the change in price for gas and diesel, however we have not seen any surcharges yet.
  •  Insurance costs for the community also increased more than budgeted.  Will be evaluating different insurance options to reduce costs while maintaining coverage.
  • Discussed the potential of a limited proxy to encourage greater participation.

We are pleased to announce that our Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2025. This is one of the most important events of the year — an opportunity for our community to come together, review the association’s progress, and set the course for the year ahead. Updated details will be posted here and distributed by official notice as required.

Meeting Location: East Lake Fire Station #57,  3375 Tarpon Lake Blvd, Palm Harbor, FL 34685.

Your community needs you

The strength of our association comes directly from the homeowners who give their time and expertise to help it thrive. Serving on the board or a committee is one of the most meaningful ways to make a positive impact on your neighborhood — from maintaining property values to shaping community policies that affect everyone who lives here.

No prior board experience is required. What matters is a commitment to your community, a willingness to collaborate, and a respect for the diverse perspectives of your neighbors. Whether you can dedicate a few hours per month or take on a more active leadership role, there is a place for you.

If interested, please contact a member of the Board.

How to Get Involved

Homeowners interested in running for a board seat should submit a candidate application prior to the meeting. Applications and deadlines will be provided in the official meeting notice, and are also available below.

We encourage every homeowner to attend the annual meeting — even if you are not seeking a board or committee role. Your voice, your vote, and your presence matter.

It isn’t too late:  You can scan (or take a picture) of your signed proxy and send to Sentry Management, Lisa Allen at LALLEN@SENTRYMGT.COM
Phone: 727-799-8982 x53012
