• The Ridgemoor Master Association manages the common areas for the ~17 neighborhoods withing the Ridgemoor Community, including landscaping, irrigation, ponds, lighting, etc…   Fees for Ridgemoor Master Association are required for Windemere residents and are paid separtely from the Windemere HOA fees.
