Please find attached a copy of the approved 2026 budget. Please take note that the monthly assessments are now $80 and will begin January 2026. Please remember to update your payment amounts if you do bill pay through your own bank. ACH payments will automatically update to the new amount.
Yesterday we began community upgrades to Central Park. The upgrades include resurfacing the basketball and tennis courts along with conversion of two tennis courts over to pickle board courts. This is approximately a three week project – weather permitting of course. The park entrance will be closed and the tennis/basketball courts will not be accessible until the project has been completed.  We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause.
